I wore my beautiful brooch on a polyester black jumpsuit to my husband's bank's Christmas party. It had become unattached and had fallen into my strapless bra. I went to put it back on and realized 3 of the rhinestone spokes were bent and then they broke off as I tried to atttach the brooch. The latch broke off as well. I am returning the brooch and would like to have it replaced. I am very disappointed in the quality of the piece. I feel this was a defective piece as these spokes were way to fragile compared to the remaing spokes.
