My poster came damaged and I was delighted when the JFK Store sent one out free overnight.

I was amazed at the response and attention I was given in this matter. I was also surprised that people still care about customers after the purchase. The JFK staff restored my faith in getting a fair shake.

I look forward to more purchases from the JFK Library store and their great customer service.
