Pricing Policy
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our website may occasionally be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than the stated price at the time you place your order, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Your order will not be modified nor will you be charged without your explicit consent.

To ensure excellent customer service with regard to returns and exchanges please contact us directly. You may call us to modify or cancel your order for any reason until your order has shipped. Once it has shipped you may return it to us upon receipt if you so choose. Returned items must be in unwashed, unworn, unused condition. Please note that the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees. We recommend that you return your order via a trackable carrier as the customer is responsible for loss or theft during the return process. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
If your order contains incorrect or damaged merchandise we will replace it at no additional cost to you. Please contact us at 1-866-JFK-1960, extension 1536. Alternately, email us at

Shipping Policy
Packages typically leave our facility within 2 business days after receiving the order. Please note that orders will not be shipped on weekends or Federal holidays, and will ship the next business day.
Domestic packages are sent via UPS Ground or 2nd Day Air, or via FedEx Overnight. International orders are shipped via the US Postal Service.
Overnight orders received after 3pm EST will not ship until the following business day.
The Authentic Kennedy Rocking Chair ships via freight and will incur an additional delivery fee, which is typically between $100-$250 depending on destination. International destinations will incur a higher delivery fee. One of our staff will contact you after your order is placed to provide a custom shipping rate quote for the rocking chair.
The Authentic Kennedy Rocking Chair requires a signature to be delivered. The customer will be responsible for any storage fees incurred if not able to accept delivery within 3 days of first contact by the freighter.
Please note that the Great Seal Rug will incur additional shipping charges based on weight. Additional delivery time may also apply. Any additional charges can be found in the Item Description.
Orders shipped to more than one address are treated as separate orders and require separate shipping and handling.
